Learn how to make a podcast from a pro!  Ken Gagne is the host of the Polygamer and IndieSider audio podcasts, where he intervews marginalized voices in the gaming industry.  He is host of the YouTube channel Gamebits, a freelance writer for Computerworld, and an adjunct faculty member in the publishing department of Emerson College.

Technical specs:  This is program is set up like a workshop, and is limited to 12 participants. We have six laptops (preloaded with Audacity) available to use at the workshop.

To participate, you will need:

– If you prefer to use your own gear, you’ll need a laptop pre-loaded with the free editing software, Audacity.  http://www.audacityteam.org/download/

-a thumb/jump drive (not a deal breaker if you don’t have one, but it’s helpful if you do)

-a pair of headphones or earbuds
