Ribbon, Commemorative

This ribbon would have been worn during the celebrations by an official from the Committee on Reception and Information. The blue ribbon with gold lettering and a gold braided tassel has a silver metal bar on top, and a second white ribbon depicting the city seal in gold lettering.
