Banquet Menu

The menu for the banquet gives the names of the members of the Banquet Committee, who were in charge of planning the event. The menu also gives a glimpse of the food of the day. The attendees of the banquet were served salmon, turkey, chicken, beef, oysters, lobster salad, chicken salad, salmon salad, and many different deserts including cakes and ice cream. The menu, made of calfskin, shows the importance of leather to Woburn where many tanneries operated.
