Woburn Public Library is closed on Monday, October 14, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Woburn Public Library has recently had a boost to our wifi hotspot program, courtesy of a grant from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners! If you are in need of free internet at home, or in your travels (within the continental United States), please feel free to request one of our wifi hotspots here:

Wifi Hotspot (Unfiltered Internet) or Wifi Hotspot (Filtered Internet)

Wifi hotspots are easy to use: simply turn them on and connect your phone, laptop, or other device to the “Woburn Library” network, and you’re ready to go!

Wifi Hotspots need to be checked out and returned to the Woburn Public Library circulation desk. They cannot be placed in the book drops or returned at other libraries.

The checkout period is two weeks, after which a $5 per day fee is assessed. The replacement cost for each Hotspot is $100. Ages 18 and up.
