Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.
Yoga doesn’t have to be about touching your toes or making your body look like a pretzel. In fact, let’s simplify things a bit and instead do yoga to stay mobile and centered. This class will emphasize functional movements to make sure your body stays healthy as well as mindfulness techniques to take care of your mind. Class will be taught pairing breath and movement while taking you through a series of standing, seated, and balancing poses. Modifications will be offered, making these classes accessible to all abilities.
