The Glennon Archives offers reproduction of photographs in one format: 8 x 10” prints on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper. The cost for prints is $15.00 per image. Unless specified as matte, prints are glossy finish. For larger sized images, the cost is $25.00 per image. For mailing, postage costs an additional $2.00 per order. To request information on photographs please fill out an Archives Research Request form. If you are requesting a photograph that you have seen in a publication, please cite the title and page number or any other relevant information. You will receive a reply and confirmation of the request. If needed, an appointment will be scheduled for you to visit the Archives to look at images under the supervision of the Archivist.  To order a photograph fill out a Reproduction form, available on the Library website or in person in the Archives Reading Room and a quote for costs will be provided.  Send it along with payment to the address above to the attention of the Archivist. Orders generally take one to two weeks to fill and are completed in the order that they are received. We do not accept rush orders. Scanners and digital cameras are not allowed in the Archives.

The cost for publication of images is $75.00 per image for use in a book, DVD, commercial display or other publication in addition to reproduction costs, and the Archivist and Director reserve the right to adjust this cost at their discretion. Publication rights are for one-time use only and we request a copy of the publication for the Archives. Generally, there is no charge for the one-time use of images in presentations or in unpublished academic papers although a Permission to Publish form should be filled out. As a courtesy we offer a special publication rate of $25.00 per image for Woburn authors and ask for two copies of the publication to be donated to the Archives. As a courtesy we also offer a special publication rate to Woburn non-profit groups for certain uses. Contact the Archivist for details. To request publication rights please fill out a Permission to Publish form describing your intended uses, available on the Library website at www.woburnpubliclibrary.org or in person in the Archives Reading Room. A quote will be provided once a Permission to Publish form is filled out. We do not allow the use of Glennon Archives images on websites. All charges are subject to change without notice. For any questions please contact the Archivist, Ashley Serveiss, at [email protected] or by telephone at (781) 933-0148 extension 6140.
