The Woburn Public Library is pleased to offer our patrons Tech Help appointments. They are one-on-one technology appointments with the library staff’s Information Technology Specialist. These sessions are designed to help patrons learn about common computer and internet functions with the goal of encouraging digital literacy in our community. Basic Computer Skills – Windows and MacOS navigation, Using the internet.
Email Basics – Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, etc.
Mobile Devices – Smartphones, Laptops, Tablets and E-readers.
Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 365
Video Conferencing Programs – Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, and Skype
Library e-Resources – Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, Pronunciator, MLN App.
