Service Record:
Theodore Morton Parker, a resident of Woburn employed as a mason, enlisted at age 20 as a Private in Company K, 39th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers on July 28, 1862, mustering in on August 22, 1862. He was wounded on Aug. 17, 1864 at Weldon Railroad, Virginia and mustered out on June 2, 1865.

Married: Gertrude A. Floyd of Woburn, Jan. 12, 1869.
Died: Woburn, Aug. 30, 1920.
Note: Buried in Woodbrook Cemetery, Pine Ave, Lot no. 82.
