T. Marvin Parker, a Woburn resident employed as a clerk, enlisted at age 24 as a Corporal in Company K, 39th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers on July 19, 1862 and mustered in on August 22, 1862. He transferred to the Veteran Reserve Corps (on an undetermined date) and was discharged on July 14, 1865 from the 17th Company, 2nd Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps.

Born: Lebanon, Me. Feb. 25, 1838 s. Alvah & Lucinda.
Married: Susan H. Whitehouse of Great Falls, N.H. Nov. 26, 1859. 2nd Maria Swan, Aug. 16, 1866.
Issue: Effie (1860) Frederick (1861)
Note: Buried in Woodbrook Cemetery, Soldiers Lot. Outer Circle right, Grave no. 11.
