Friends Annual Meeting

Hello Friends!

Our Annual Meeting is Wednesday 06/18/25 at 7:30pm in the Program Room at the WPL and on Zoom!

Agenda:

1. Take nominations and elect two members to the board as two seats are up for reelection.

2. Review the draft Annual Report for 2024-2025.

3. Review and vote on suggested change to Bylaws to remove “absentee ballot” for votes, since we have in-person and online attendance options.

4. Request volunteers to represent the Friends at some upcoming events:

– June 21st at 12pm Juneteenth on the Library lawn

– June 28th at 1pm Summer Reading Kickoff
