The purpose of this form is to determine whether what you wish to donate should be added to our local history collection. Completing this form does not mean the Woburn Public Library agrees to accept the item(s) you wish to donate. We reserve the right to accept or decline your donation at the discretion of the Archivist. If the Woburn Public Library does choose to accept your donation you will be required to fill out a Deed of Gift.
